5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made by the registered account holder to a payment method in the account holder's name. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the account holder.

5.6 Deposit Restrictions. Funds deposited into a 365kp account must originate from a payment source owned and operated by the registered account holder. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties will be reversed, and any associated activity may be subject to investigation.

6.5 Withdrawal of Real Funds. Where a player holds both real-money balance and bonus balance simultaneously, real-money funds are available for withdrawal subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are met.

11.3 365kp shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to connectivity failure, device malfunction, or game errors attributable to circumstances outside 365kp's reasonable control.
12.1 365kp reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by its licensing obligations or by law.
12.2 Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., where closure is not the result of a breach of these Terms), any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via a withdrawal to their most recently used payment method.
12.3 Where an account is closed as a result of a confirmed breach of these Terms — including fraud, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse — any remaining balance may be voided and will not be returned to the player.
